Before starting on your project, you will be given a written estimate with all your options outlined.  It is our goal to make sure you understand the work and cost involved before the onset of the work.  We want you to make an informed decision based upon the specifications we have outlined. 

 

If unforeseen circumstances do arise and change the conditions, we will inform you right away and present you with a revised work order.  It is our goal to keep you informed throughout the entire process and we believe it is our ability to handle these situations that set us apart from our competition.  White Lightning is dedicated to providing its customers with quality service at a fair price.  Customer satisfaction has always been the key to our success and is why a large portion of our customers have been using our services for years.

 

White Lightning Electric, Inc. realizes each project is special and requires a different approach.  This is the reason we offer free estimates on all commercial projects.  Whether your project is a tenant improvement, a remodel or installing outdoor lighting, we will supply you with a written estimate detailing the specifications of the entire job.  As long as the scope of the job does not change, we will guarantee the price.  Of course, if unforeseen circumstances arise and change the scope of the project, we will give you a revised work order and price before continuing on with the job.  It is the goal of White Lightning to keep the client informed throughout the entire process.
